My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I really appreciated, but I found the customer service lacking at times, especially when it came to resolving issues. While the beach wasn't exactly what I'd had in mind, the overall atmosphere still felt relaxing. I would consider returning if I revisit Cancun, but I hope to see improvements in their service.
